1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the tidiplan.com website and the Ti-Di Studio web application (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd, company number 17285923, registered in England and Wales, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("Vantis", "we", "us"). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
2. Access and accounts
The Ti-Di Studio application is available to subscribers and to people we invite. Your sign-in details are personal to you: do not share them, and tell us promptly if you think they have been misused. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service. You must not try to gain access to any part of the Service you are not entitled to, probe or test its security without our written permission, or interfere with its delivery to others.
3. Licence and restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own project planning while your access lasts. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or deobfuscate it, or attempt to derive its source code or algorithms; or create derivative works from it, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits it. The Service is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Your projects and files
You own the project data and files you create or import. Ti-Di Studio keeps your projects in your browser on your own device unless you export a file or create a share link, so you are responsible for keeping your own backups. A share link contains the project data it describes: anyone who has the link can open it. We do not review your projects and we have no copy of them unless you send one to us.
5. Fees
Paid access is charged at the prices shown on the site or agreed with you in writing. Billing terms, payment method and any renewal terms are confirmed when you subscribe. Prices exclude tax unless stated.
6. Third-party marks and file formats
Oracle, Primavera and Primavera P6 are trade marks of Oracle Corporation. Microsoft and Microsoft Project are trade marks of Microsoft Corporation. Other product and company names are the marks of their respective owners and are used only to identify file formats or products Ti-Di Studio interoperates with. Vantis is independent of, and not affiliated with or endorsed by, any of them.
7. Your responsibility for results
Ti-Di Studio helps you plan and draw schedules, but the dates, quantities, rates and other results it shows depend on the data and settings you give it. You must check results before relying on them. They are not professional, engineering, legal, financial or contractual advice, and you are responsible for decisions you make using them.
8. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contract, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
