1. Who we are

The data controller for tidiplan.com and Ti-Di Studio is Vantis Project Intelligence Ltd, company number 17285923, registered in England and Wales, 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("Vantis", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@tidiplan.com.

2. What we collect

Email. If you email us, for example to ask for a demo, we receive your address and the message you write. We keep them to deal with your enquiry. Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail in the European Union.

Sign-in. When you sign in to the application we set one session cookie so that you stay signed in for up to 12 hours. It is strictly necessary and is removed when you sign out or it expires. We do not otherwise record what you do in the application.

Your projects. Ti-Di Studio stores your projects in your own browser (local storage and similar browser storage) on your device. They are not uploaded to us unless you choose to export or share them. A share link contains the project it points to, so treat links as you would the file itself.

Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers on this site. The marketing pages store nothing in your browser.

3. Payments

We do not take payments through this site yet. When we start taking them, a payment provider will process them on our behalf and we will update this policy first.

4. Lawful basis and retention

We handle enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to you, or to take steps at your request before a contract. We provide sign-in because it is necessary to deliver the service you asked for. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers named above that host the site and our email, and where the law requires.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may object to or ask us to restrict our use of it. Email hello@tidiplan.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above when we do.
